Automatically receive Free Ground Shipping on all orders of $75 and over. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping in the Continental United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military and air force bases.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer domestic and international shipping, and the shipping rates may vary based on your order as well as location. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the Continental US unless express shipping is preferred. Hawaii, Alaska, Military/Air Force Base, and Puerto Rico are shipped UPS Air. and will arrive within 1-2 weeks.

International customers, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. Please note, customs duties and taxes may apply and are not included in your Michael Antonio invoice. All refused shipments will be charged an $80 surcharge for shipping and handling, and this service fee is not refundable.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order has shipped and the email will include the UPS tracking number for your reference.

If your order includes several different items, we may ship them separately based on availability. Our confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm PST.

• Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
• Most items are available to ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
• We do not process orders during the following holidays, and orders placed on those dates will be processed when we resume business.

RETURN POLICY

Michael Antonio will gladly authorize the return of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within a 14 day period from date of delivery. Please email us at customerservice@MichaelAntonio.com for a return authorization request. You are responsible for all shipping and handling of your returned items, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery, and we must receive the merchandise at our warehouse within 30 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be rejected.
